Hi, I really love your food ! But your shop is in a really difficult location which I always have to walk in the cold to, can you please offer a delivery to those who live near by or join uber eats !

Good food, friendly staff and good value

After half an hour, I went to collect the food only to be told it's not ready it didn't come up on the system. If the system is not correctly programmed to send orders direct to the restaurant then I believe they should not be used because customers are having to wait an hour in order for the food to be ready.
